The handsome dining room has tasteful, English-style paintings, splendid flower arrangements, fabric-covered walls, an ornate bar and lots of dark wood, plus a fireplace, which gives the look and feel of a well-appointed club dining room. He's rechristened it Ovation at the Opera. (near Franklin Street), behind the Opera House. But three months ago, Berkowitz went "uptown" in a big way, when he leased Act IV, the gem of a restaurant on the ground floor of the Inn at the Opera, at 333 Fulton St.
